If there is an error made by Purple Paper Press on a personalized/customized order, Purple Paper Press will work with you to replace the order with no shipping cost to you.

If there is an error made by the customer on a personalized/customized order, and the order has been made, the sale is final. However, if the order has not been made, you are able to modify the order.
