I made a mistake in my purchase and need to change it. Am I able to do that?
    • Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order is of equal value.  Please send an email Purple Paper Press via the Contact Form. 
May I return, exchange, or request a refund for an item?
    • All sales are final. 
    • If there is an error made by Purple Paper Press on a personalized/customized order, Purple Paper Press will work with you to replace the order with no shipping cost to you.
    • If you made the error or want to change designs on a personalized/customized order, and the item has been created then the sale is final.
    • If the item has not been created, then you are able to modify the order.  Notification of changes to personalized/customized order, must be within 24 hours of purchase.
    • Changes may be subject to price change
    • Purple Paper Press does not accept returns
What is the difference between personalized vs. customized orders? 
    • Personalized orders is adding a name to a Purple Paper Press mug or tumbler. Please selected the personalized option in the drop down box and add the name in the "Add Name' field.
    • Customized order is adding a specific Purple Paper Press design to mug or tumbler, along with a name, if desire.
    • If you desire a different design altogether, all pictures MUST be sent via .jpg; svg; or png file. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
How do I provide details for a personalized or customized order? 
    • Select the personalized or customized option 
    • You will be notified via email to confirm the order, solidify details, and cost. 
How long does a personalized/custom order take?
    • Processing timeframe for personalized items is 5-7 days. For custom orders, processing timeframe will be established once the details are finalized. See Shipping/Handling for shipping guidelines. 
How long will it take for orders to be shipped after it is placed?
    • Once your order is placed and paid, it will be shipped within 7-10 business days. However, if it’s a personalized/custom order, shipping may take longer depending upon the request.  See Shipping & Handling for additional details.
I made an error in typing the address for shipping. Am I able to fix this?
    • Yes, you are able to correct the address prior to your order being shipped. You must immediately (within 24 hours of order placed) email Purple Paper Press via the Contact form on the website. Please include all specifics related to order, including your name and contact information.
    • No, if the items have been shipped and/or if Purple Paper Press is notified within 24 hours of order placed, unfortunately, the address cannot be changed. The order will be shipped to the address provided.

I would like to place a bulk order. How do I do that?

    • Bulk orders come in a quantity of 10 items of the same style.  6+ more items of the same style must be sold as a bulk order, which means the minimum purchase is 10. 
    • Complete the Contact Form via the website to request a bulk order price list.
